Catch up with his amusing travel story LOST IN TRANSLATION here.
Rob Johnson is an author and reluctant olive farmer who lives in Greece on a remote five-acre smallholding with his wife Penny, six rescue dogs, two cats and four hundred and twenty olive trees. Having been a professional playwright many years ago, he has since turned his hand to writing books. The most recent is ‘A Kilo of String’, which is all about his and Penny’s often bizarre experiences of living in Greece for the past fourteen years. Variously reviewed as “Fabulously funny - a real must for lovers of all things Greek” and “The best of the 'moved abroad' books I can remember reading”, ‘A Kilo of String’ is loosely based on his podcast series of the same name, episodes of which are free to listen to on his website at: https://rob-johnson.org.uk/ Rob’s previous three books are all novels. ‘Lifting the Lid’ and ‘Heads You Lose’ are comedy thrillers, the latter being mainly set in Greece, and ‘Quest for the Holey Snail’ is a comedy time travel adventure, which is mainly set in Ancient Greece. |
