2021 Authors Showcase - Guidelines
SUBJECT: Life-Changing Events.
WORD COUNT: 800 – 3000 words.
SUBMISSION TIME: April 1st until September 30th 2021.
GENRE: Non-Fiction - Memoir.
NUMBER OF SUBMISSIONS: Restricted to one contribution per calendar month for each author (maximum of six).
IMAGES: Photos, pictures or sketches to illustrate the story are encouraged but not a requirement.
AUTHOR BIO: This should be included with each submission along with a photo. Maximum number of words: 300. Promotional links are allowed but should be limited to three or less.
PREVIOUS PUBLICATION: Contributions should not have been published or accepted for publication elsewhere. Exception: extracts from self-published memoirs where the author holds full copyright.
FUTURE PUBLICATION: If there is enough support, selected stories will be published in an anthology at the end of the year. Permission to include these will be confirmed prior to publication. Copyright remains with the author.
