A fairly quiet day. Fred gets news from his fellow-travellers Graham, Sharon & Aja, who have arrived in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand. Tony had met them there and has bought a cassette with him for Fred to listen to.
"I will arrive in Bangkok on the 18th and could be in Chiang Mai by the 19th so I should meet up with them ok."
