Fred cannot sleep so he gets up again and spends his last night on the Wild Rose wide awake in the company of Sharon and Kate. In the morning Rita is still feeling unwell so the contingency plan goes into operation and she will fly down to Delhi tomorrow afternoon. Fred heads off to catch the bus before having a slow and eventful journey to Jammu, where he must catch the train.
