An avid reader since childhood, she began entertaining the idea of becoming a writer in her teens. However, vocation and motherhood took precedence although she never stopped writing in her journals. Her life changed when she picked up a stray in 2012. Since then she has travelled to ten countries and rekindled her passion for writing after joining a fabulous group on social media, namely We Love Memoirs.
